01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "t897", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the t897 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for providing the betting and casino services described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the t897 platform for any purpose.
• "Platform" — refers to the t897 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, tools, and features available at t897.io.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the t897 Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, slot title, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a Player's t897 Account at any given time, including both real-money balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account as part of a t897 promotion.
• "BDT" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all t897 transactions are conducted.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, address, and age verification as required by t897.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the t897 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete and binding agreement between t897 and each Player. By completing the registration process on the t897 Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

Your continued use of the t897 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on t897, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold any existing t897 Account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of t897, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the t897 Platform for any reason.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

t897 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Failure to meet or maintain any eligibility condition may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

04 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on t897, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the t897 Platform. t897 employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, t897 reserves the right to close all such accounts, retain associated balances to cover any bonuses claimed, and permanently bar that individual from the Platform.

4.3 KYC Verification

t897 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request or upon detecting unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. All documents must be legible, unaltered, and current.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your t897 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. t897 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

t897 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your t897 Account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your Account balance. t897 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawal funds will be sent exclusively to a payment method that is registered in your name. t897 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times for approved withdrawals are typically between 1 and 24 hours for mobile financial services and up to 3 business days for bank transfers.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all t897 accounts and are displayed within the Account cashier section. t897 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players with higher transaction volumes may be eligible for elevated limits upon request and subject to additional verification.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on t897 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the t897 Platform and constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating exclusively to that sport or event.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via the t897 Platform interface. t897 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a bet is placed at erroneous odds, where the event has already commenced, or where technical errors have affected the displayed odds.

6.3 Void Bets

t897 reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the period stipulated in the relevant sport rules; an obvious error in odds or handicap settings is identified; or the bet has been placed by a Player using software automation or in breach of these Terms. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting and casino game wagers on t897. These limits vary by sport, event type, and game category and are displayed at the point of bet placement. t897 reserves the right to restrict payout amounts to the stated maximum regardless of the odds at which the original bet was placed.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

t897 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal offers aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• t897 reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Placing hedged bets, low-risk combinations, or opposite bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements will be deemed promotion abuse and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the t897 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct towards t897 staff or other Platform users.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the t897 Platform, including but not limited to the t897 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of t897 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any t897 intellectual property without prior written consent from t897. Unauthorised use of t897 intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t897 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the t897 Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond t897's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, account credentials, or account access.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, lines, or game outcomes subsequently corrected under these Terms.
• Actions taken by t897 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or bet voiding.

t897's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

t897 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, t897 will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered Players via their registered email address or a platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the t897 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the t897 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting t897's customer support team at [email protected].

t897 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to pursue resolution through applicable legal channels. t897 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific court by virtue of these Terms.
